NeuroMaker AI Challenge

​Grade 10 and below

Teams of two use a brain-computer interface (BCI) device to control a robotic arm and collect as many objects as possible within the time limit. One player wears the BCI to steer the arm, while the other stabilizes and supports it. Objects carry different point values, and teams compete head-to-head to grab and transport items into a basket. Each round includes 1 minute of setup and 3 minutes of active play. The highest-scoring team wins.

Shopping with Robotic Arm

Control Device and Target:

  • Use a brain-computer interface (BCI) device to control a robotic arm

  • Target to shop (grab and transport) as many objects as possible within limited

Description:

  • Each object has different value

  • One player hold the robotic arm, and one player control the robotic arm using the BCI

  • Contestant operates the robotic arm need to pick up designated objects from the table and place them into the basket or collection box.

​

Rules:

  • Two teams compete simultaneously in each round.

  • Each round includes:

    • 1 minute of preparation time

    • 3 minutes of active grabbing time

  • Scoring is based on:

    • Total number of items successfully transferred into the basket

    • Completion within the allotted time

  • The team or contestant with the highest score is declared the winner.​
